With more than 35 years experience in residential and commercial real estate investment, Bruce well understands the entrepreneurial spirit and operational considerations of property development and management. A native of Central Virginia, Bruce uses his knowledge of the area to provide sound advice and direction to both the investor seeking to enhance their real estate portfolio and the individual searching leased property information. Years of personal property investment allow Bruce to uniquely understand and partner with customers of Lynchburg Renting.
Following obtainment of his Business degree from Lynchburg College, while employed by Babcock and Wilcox and later, partner and vice-president of CVLC, Bruce began to foster interest in real estate investment- eventually leading to the founding and establishment of Lynchburg Renting. Serving as Principal Broker, he oversees all operation of LR, LLC.
When not talking real estate, Bruce enjoys supporting local high school athletics and college sports. He and his wife, Carole have one daughter, Elizabeth and reside in Forest, VA.
