Having joined Lynchburg Renting in 2014, Carole serves as Director of Operations. Overseeing operational practices, policy and procedure, compliance, and internal communication, she brings organizational experience and 25 years of corporate leadership and consulting to Lynchburg Renting's team. She appreciates an eye for detail and strives to foster a company environment which promotes efficiency and productivity for the employee and customer.
Carole holds a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and readily admits her love of "communicating", i.e., talking and storytelling! Her personal interests include reading biographies, spectating competitive sports, and traveling to new destinations with her family.
